COUNTY OF LEE, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> KIWANIS CHILDREN'S PARK RENOVATIONS - PHASE II <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the following budget for the <br /> KIWANIS CHILDREN'S PARK RENOVATIONS - PHASE II is hereby approved and adopted: <br /> Section 1: The following amounts are hereby appropriated for the Kiwanis Children's Park <br /> Renovations — Phase II for the period June 6, 2022 to December 31, 2024, according to the <br /> following schedule and summary. <br /> Section 2: That for said project period there is hereby appropriated the following: <br /> REVENUE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Parks and Recreation Trust Fund Grant (PARTF) $ 209,000 <br /> Transfer from Capital Projects 340,896 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT REVENUES $ 549.896 <br /> EXPENSE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Architect/Engineering $ 63,230 <br /> General Construction 435,051 <br /> Furnishings 24,000 <br /> Contingency 27,615 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT EXPENSES $ 549,896 <br /> Section 3.
