All solid waste or recyclables entering the landfill site or transfer station, except tires, shall be weighed. h. Yard waste and land clearing debris may be deposited at the specially designated area at the Lee County landfill site for a fee of forty-three dollars ($43.00) per ton. i. Scrap tires may be disposed of without charge at the Lee County Landfill Road Convenience Center only provided such tires meet criteria established under the Scrap Tire Policy for Lee County, NC. A fee of seventy-five ($75.00) per ton will be charged for: 1. Five or more tires not accompanied by a completed scrap tire certification form. 2. Manufacturer's reject tires for which advance disposal fees have not been paid. 3. Tires mounted on rims. 4. Tires generated outside the state of North Carolina. SECTION 9. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Emergency Telephone System Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023: E-911 Communications $ 400,260 SECTION 10. It is estimated that the following revenue will be available to the Emergency Telephone System Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023: E-911 Surcharge $ 271,170 Fund Balance Appropriated 129,090 TOTAL REVENUES $ 400,260 SECTION 11. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Airport Tax Revenue Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023: Airport Operations $ 55,000 SECTION 12. It is estimated that the following revenue will be available to the Airport Tax Revenue Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023: Ad Valorem Taxes $ 55,000 SECTION 13. The following amounts are hereby appropriated in the Representative Payee Fund for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending on June 30, 2023: Representative Payee Expenses $ 300,000
