accordance with Lee County Board of Education Policy 5030,"Community Use of School <br /> Facilities." If at any time during_which the written activity schedule is in operation,the school <br /> principal determines that there is a need for property or facilities which are not set out on the <br /> written schedule,he/she will contact the Lee County Parks and Recreation Director and by <br /> simple written agreement by the two of them, said property may be used by school under this <br /> agreement. <br /> The schedule of dates, activities, and personnel responsible for each activity for the use of <br /> Board's facilities will be in writing as above set out and will be arranged so as to avoid conflict <br /> between school's use by Board and recreation use by County; that in the scheduling of said <br /> facilities, school events and programs shall have first priority and recreation programs <br /> established by the County shall have second priority. It is understood that the County shall not <br /> have the right to preempt any previously scheduled activity to be held on Board property. It is also understood that the Board will have first right of refusal prior to County <br /> allowing use of facilities by any non-Board party being granted use of County recreational <br /> facilities. <br /> When Board is using County facilities, it will provide adequate personnel to supervise the <br /> athletic and physical education activities and facilities at the County approved areas and <br /> facilities. <br /> When County is using Board facilities, it will provide adequate personnel to supervise the <br /> recreation activities and facilities at the Board approved areas and facilities. <br /> Personnel employed by Board in its athletics and physical education programs shall be <br /> under the supervision of the Board at all times when using County areas and facilities;however, <br /> the Recreation and Parks Director of County shall be consulted in the planning and administering <br /> of Board established activities conducted in or on County property. <br /> Personnel employed by County in its recreation programs shall be under the supervision <br /> of the County at all times when using Board areas and facilities;however, the school principal <br /> shall be consulted in the planning and administering of County established activities conducted <br /> in or on Board property. <br /> It is understood and agreed that Board, after using property of facilities owned by the <br /> County on each occasion of such use will, after the termination of a day's use or a lesser period <br /> of time of use,return and deliver to County said property so used in as good a condition as said <br /> 2 <br />
