PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION III.A Lee County "Ag Week" Proclamation Chairman Smith read aloud the Proclamation for Ag Week. Dr. Bill Stone, Lee County Cooperative Extension Director, spoke about the theme "Farm Forward" recognizing our progressive farmers and the challenges farmers face in the modern world. Lee County "Ag Week"is a time designated each year during the fourth week in April, to celebrate the rich heritage of farms and farm families in Lee County, while also recognizing and embracing future agriculture challenges and opportunities through education, awareness and community engagement.
