OLD BUSINESS <br /> IV.A Approval of local incentive agreement for Project Frame <br /> County Attorney Whitney Parrish provided a summary of Project Frame. Project <br /> Frame is a building products manufacturing project, which consists of building and <br /> construction and the purchase of machinery and equipment in the amount of at least <br /> $18,000,000 in net new taxable investment. Lee County intends to share up to <br /> $275,595 of the cost of the project with revenues from the County's General Fund <br /> over the five-year life of the project. The project is estimated to create at least 235 <br /> net new jobs with an average annual wage of$50,720 over the five-year length of <br /> the project. The Board held a public hearing on the proposed economic development <br /> incentive for Project Frame on September 8, 2021. Two people spoke in favor of the <br /> proposed project and one person spoke against.
