Any person who shall violate any of the regulations, restrictions, limitations and <br />provisions contained in this article shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.00 and/or be <br />expelled from the park. <br />Section 18-62. Penalty for Violation of This Division <br />Any person who violates any of the regulations, restrictions, limitations and provisions <br />contained in this division shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.00 and/or may be <br />expelled from the park. <br />Section 18-97. Penalty for Violation of This Article <br />Any person who violates any of the regulations, restrictions, limitations and provisions <br />contained in this article shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.00 and/or may be <br />expelled from the park. <br />Section 17. Chapter 22, Article XI, Section 22-170(a) pertaining to the handling and disposal of <br />solid waste shall be amended to include specific provisions to which a criminal penalty may <br />apply, and shall be rewritten as follows: <br />(a) Criminal penalty. Any person violating Section 22-34, 22-79, 22-70, 22-71, 22-72, <br />22-96, 22-98-22-99-22-100, 22-115, 22-154, 22-155, 22, 156, or 22-157 of this article <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00 or <br />imprisonment for not more than 30 days, or both as specified by G.S. 14.4. Each day's <br />violation shall be treated as a separate offense. <br />The remainder of Chapter 22, Article XI, Section 22-170 shall remain in effect. <br />Section 18.
