BRITT <br /> REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> FILED Mar 30, 2022 <br /> AT 04:24:44 pm <br /> BOOK 00003 <br /> START PAGE 0823 <br /> END PAGE 0823 <br /> EXCISE TAX (None) <br /> 1 ' <br /> . 1i C ARS_ <br /> RESOLUTION TO ADD <br /> COPPER RIDGE DRIVE, PANNERS PLACE, MINERS <br /> LOOP AND PROSPECTORS LANE <br /> TO THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE'S <br /> SECONDARY ROAD SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> asking that Copper Ridge Drive, Panners Place, Miners Loop and Prospectors Lane be added to <br /> the North Carolina State's Secondary Road System; and <br /> WHEREAS, Copper Ridge Drive, Panners Place, Miners Loop and Prospectors Lane located off <br /> of SR 1423 (Farrell Road)within the Canyon Creek Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners have considered the above described <br /> request and is of the opinion that Copper Ridge Drive,Panners Place,Miners Loop and Prospectors <br /> Lane should be added to the State's Secondary Road System if the road meets the minimum <br /> standards established by the Division of Highways; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the <br /> Division of Highways is hereby requested to take over Copper Ridge Drive,Panners Place,Miners <br /> Loop and Prospectors Lane for maintenance if it meets the established standards and criteria. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of March, 2022. <br /> 1iiI <br /> irk D. *mi , hairman <br /> = `4` `: ee County Board of Commissioners <br />
