BRITT <br /> REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> FILED Mar 30, 2022 <br /> AT 04:25:54 pm <br /> BOOK 00003 <br /> START PAGE 0824 <br /> END PAGE 0825 <br /> INSTRUMENT # 02563 <br /> EXCISE TAX (None) <br /> cM;,ti,�`. <br /> N ti <br /> * <br /> gA `. <br /> RESOLUTION TO ADD <br /> MILL RUN LANE AND ORE RUN LANE <br /> TO THE NORTH CAROLINA STATE'S <br /> SECONDARY ROAD SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the North Carolina Department of Transportation <br /> asking that Mill Run Lane and Ore Run Lane be added to the North Carolina State's Secondary <br /> Road System; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mill Run Lane and Ore Run Lane are located off of SR 1423 (Farrell Road) within <br /> the Copper Ridge East Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners have considered the above described <br /> request and is of the opinion that Mill Run Lane and Ore Run Lane should be added to the State's <br /> Secondary Road System if the road meets the minimum standards established by the Division of <br /> Highways; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the <br /> Division of Highways is hereby requested to take over Mill Run Lane and Ore Run Lane for <br /> maintenance if it meets the established standards and criteria. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of March, 2022. <br /> 1 , <br /> K' k D. mit , C airman <br /> Lee County Board of Commissioners <br /> je' GO.cSc.
