(For each item in this section, insert the information or a statement such as "not applicable"or "unknown at time of execution.') § 1.1.1 The Owner's program for the Project: (Insert the Owner's program, identify documentation that establishes the Owner's program, or state the manner in which the program will be developed.) § 1.1.2 The Project's physical characteristics: Lee County Design Architect of Record for this project to provide professional programming/planning,design,and construction administration services for the County Library.The new library is expected to be designed as a 30,000 SF new building.The final building size will be concluded at the completion of the Programming.The Scope of Services(Basic and Supplemental Services)is outlined in Section 3.The new Library will be delivered through a Construction Management-at-Risk(CMAR)delivery method using SAMET/Sanford Contractors. § 1.1.3 The Owner's budget for the Cost of the Work,as defined in Section 6.1: Total Budget is$16,000,000 § 1.1.4 The Owner's anticipated design and construction milestone dates: .1 Design phase milestone dates,if any: a.
