PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> III.A Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) Application and Staff Report - 118 Perkins <br /> Road from RR to HC <br /> Planning Administrator Amy McNeil presented a rezoning application from Circle K <br /> Stores, Inc. to rezone a 0.45-acre tract of land developed with a single-family <br /> home addressed as 118 Perkins Road from Residential Restricted (RR) to <br /> Highway Commercial (HC). The property is owned by Samantha L. Hodges and is <br /> identified as Tax Parcel 9644- 57-0090- 00. The <br /> applicant intends to purchase this parcel and develop a railroad yard.
