Water/Sewer
County Manager John Crumpton discussed the potential use of American Rescue Plan funds
related to investing in the cost of the expansion of water and sewer in the unincorporated
areas of the County. City Manager Hal Hegwer said the City is undergoing the process of
expanding the water plan. Public Works Director Victor Czar said the current plant produces up
to 12 million gallons per day and is currently running at 5.5 million gallons per day. The capital
expenditure for expanding the plant to 30 million gallons per day is $170 million.
