Motion: Motion to approve Resolution to Transfer the Triangle South <br /> Workforce Development Board to the Capital Area Workforce Development <br /> Board, a copy of which is attached and incorporated into these minutes. <br /> Mover: Arianna Lavallee <br /> For: 7 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe, Kirk Smith, <br /> Bill Carver, Mark Lovick <br /> Motion Result: Passed <br /> VIII. NEW BUSINESS <br /> VIIIA FY 2020-2021 Financial Statement Presentation <br /> Thompson, Price, Scott, Adams and Company provided a presentation summarizing the <br /> County's audit. A draft copy of the audit statement has been provided and is pending <br /> approval from the Local Government Commission. Brandy Tubberville, a CPA with TPSA, <br /> provided a presentation of the audit results. Assistant County Manager/Finance Director <br /> Lisa Minter also presented a financial summary. A copy of the presentation is attached and <br /> incorporated into these minutes. No action was taken. <br /> 2021 audit presentation.pptx <br /> VIII.B Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Master Plan <br /> Parks and Recreation Director Joseph Keel introduced the Parks and Recreation <br /> Comprehensive Master Plan update. Public input sessions, surveys and staff meetings were <br /> part of the process. John Wood from Benesch and Company presented the plan to the <br /> Parks and Recreation Advisory Board on November 29th. Mr. Wood provided a presentation <br /> summarizing the Comprehensive Plan, a copy of which is attached and incorporated into <br /> these minutes. The plan will set the stage for the next 9-10 years and will be reviewed <br /> annually. <br /> Motion: Motion to approve the 2021-2030 Parks and Recreation <br /> Comprehensive Master Plan. <br /> Mover: Cameron Sharpe <br /> For: 7 - Arianna Lavallee. Information regarding premium pay <br /> was provided based on inquiries expressed by Commissioners.
