Public Hearing Notice Proof.pdf V.B Approve Agreements Regarding Project Frame County Attorney Whitney Parrish stated that she has prepared the incentive agreement for Project Frame reflective of the terms and conditions of a general grant incentive, however if the Board decides to participate in the proposed Railroad grant, the terms of the agreement would need to change. County Manager John Crumpton stated that the City has communicated that it is unlikely they would be able to share in the risk associated with the Railroad grant due to legal restrictions, however they are continuing to look into potential options.
