Chairman Smith <br /> closed the public hearing. <br /> Public Hearing Notice Proof.pdf <br /> V.B Approve Agreements Regarding Project Frame <br /> County Attorney Whitney Parrish stated that she has prepared the incentive agreement for <br /> Project Frame reflective of the terms and conditions of a general grant incentive, however if <br /> the Board decides to participate in the proposed Railroad grant, the terms of the agreement <br /> would need to change. County Manager John Crumpton stated that the City has <br /> communicated that it is unlikely they would be able to share in the risk associated with the <br /> Railroad grant due to legal restrictions, however they are continuing to look into potential <br /> options. <br /> Motion: Motion to waive the policy to vote delay a vote on a public hearing until <br /> the next meeting. <br /> Mover: Robert Reives <br /> For: 7 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe.
