eooK i© PhS' 31f <br />Mr. Buchanan reported to the Board the necessity for having work <br />done to remove wet soil and stabilize an area in connection with the Airport improve- <br />ments. Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the Sanford-Lee County Airport <br />operating budget be amended by transferring $5, 200. 00 from Capital Reserve Improve- <br />ment and/or Matching Fund Account Code 71-650-00 to Line Item 10-630-75 for such <br />purpose. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it <br />was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the Transportation <br />Development Plan Update, prepared for Lee County, by Robinson Sanderlin & <br />Associates, dated September 1981, be approved. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimous adopted. <br />Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the Budget Amendment <br />entitled "Appropriation Adjustment #81120708", a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and by this reference made a part hereof, be approved. Commissioner Jack D. <br />Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke moved that the Project <br />Ordinance Amendment No. 1 of the San-Lee Heights Project, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be approved. Comm- <br />issioner John E. Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the School Board <br />Budget Amendment No. 7 to the Capital Outlay Fund, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be approved, provided that a <br />specific accounting of the improvements and furniture be provided to the Board of <br />Commissioners. Commissioner John E. Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote it was adopted by a majority vote in which all of the Commissioners voted for <br />it except Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker. <br />The requrest for a refund of taxes in the amount of $33. 50 to <br />Lenora Hunter for taxes on a bulk barn which was double listed, was presented to <br />the Board. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the appropriate officials by <br />authorized and directed to refund the sum of $33. 50 to Lenora Hunter, in accordance <br />with her request. Commissioner John E. Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The list of monthly relief due to clerical errors as listed by the <br />Tax Supervisor's office for the months of October and November were presented <br />to the Board. Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that relief from such report <br />be granted. A copy of the report is attached hereto and by this reference made a <br />part hereof. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />
