Lee <br /> County owns a parcel of land located at 1218 Central Drive and it intends to lease <br /> the property to FirstHealth for FirstHealth to utilize as its ambulance headquarters. <br /> Staff advertised the intent of the lease in the Sanford Herald on October 12, 2021. <br /> Lee County will receive $5, 186.00 per month during the term of the lease.
