OLD BUSINESS <br /> IV.A Planning Board Recommendation Regarding a Zoning Map Amendment <br /> An application was submitted by Savannah Livesay Gray to rezone one 2.24-acre <br /> tract of land off of Greenwood Road/Rocky Fork Church Road addressed as 2301 <br /> Greenwood Road (formerly a portion of a 62.4-acre tract of land that was recently <br /> subdivided), located east of the intersection of Rocky Fork Church Road and <br /> Greenwood Road, from Residential Restricted (RR) to Residential Agricultural (RA). <br /> The subject property is located between 2305 and 2149 Greenwood Road and is <br /> identified as a portion of Tax Parcel 9539-84-5224- 00, as depicted on Lee County <br /> Tax Map 9539.04 and 9539.02. It is also illustrated as Lot 1 on a 2021 plat labeled <br /> Minor Subdivision Survey for Savannah L. Gray, created by Thomas J.
