MANAGERS REPORTS <br /> VII.A September 2021 Financial Report <br /> Assistant County Manager Lisa Minter presented the September 2021 <br /> Financial Report, a copy of which is attached and included in these minutes. <br /> September 2021 Financial Report.pdf <br /> monthly sales tax analysis2021-2022.pdf <br /> historical sales tax analysis.pdf <br /> countywide sales tax analysis 2021-2022.pdf <br /> VII.B Monthly Manager's Report <br /> County Manager John Crumpton presented the monthly manager's report for the <br /> month of October 2021, a copy of which is attached and included in these minutes. <br /> A COVID update was provided with weekly case count, positive cases by age and <br /> time period, weekly case count by race, by ethnicity, by gender, and weekly <br /> breakthrough cases. An update was provided on the status of the mountain bike <br /> trails at San-Lee Park. Work has begun on the intermediate/higher level jump line. <br /> Looking at completing the trails by Thanksgiving. After a discussion with staff <br /> regarding the upcoming meeting schedule a change to the meeting schedule is <br /> proposed. The December 6th meeting is the same night as the Sanford Christmas <br /> Parade and because the third Monday is the week of Christmas, the County <br /> Manager proposed meeting on Monday, December 13th and in January to move the <br /> meetings to the 2nd and 4th Monday (10th and 24th) with the Annual Budget Retreat <br /> scheduled for January 27th - 28th, 2022.
