`rr^r 330 Mr. Donn Gunderson and Ms. Diane Lamb, appeared before the Board and discussed the matter of appointments of Domiciliary Home Committees. No formal action was taken. The Board next discussed a draft of the Animal Control Ordinance. Commissioner Dotterer first moved the adoption of the Ordinance and later with- drew his motion. The County Attorney and County Manager were directed to discuss with the Sheriff and the Health Department, an Ordinance which would place the animal control function under the Health Department but would utilize the Sheriff's communication system. A Supplemental Lease between Lee County and the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company, dated November 17, 1981, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, was approved for execution, upon motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that Appropriation Adjustment #81122109, be approved. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. A copy of the resolution is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the resolution changing the name of McLeod Drive in the Lee County Industrial Park to Rex McLeod Drive, be adopted. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. A copy of the resolution is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. The release of taxes and refund due to double listing in favor of James B. Thomas, for the years 1980 and 1981, were approved and the payment was authorized, upon motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. A copy of the release is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. The ordinance for the management of Hazardous Waste and Low Level Radioactive Waste was reviewed by the Board and ordered referred to the Planning Board, for its comments and recommendations, upon motion of Comm- issioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. The Board next considered the recommended revisions of the charter for Triangle J Council of Governments, in accordance with the memorandum dated December 2, 1981. Upon motion of Commissioner John E.
