`rr^r 330 <br />Mr. Donn Gunderson and Ms. Diane Lamb, appeared before the <br />Board and discussed the matter of appointments of Domiciliary Home Committees. <br />No formal action was taken. <br />The Board next discussed a draft of the Animal Control Ordinance. <br />Commissioner Dotterer first moved the adoption of the Ordinance and later with- <br />drew his motion. The County Attorney and County Manager were directed to <br />discuss with the Sheriff and the Health Department, an Ordinance which would place <br />the animal control function under the Health Department but would utilize the Sheriff's <br />communication system. <br />A Supplemental Lease between Lee County and the Seaboard Coast <br />Line Railroad Company, dated November 17, 1981, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, was approved for execution, upon <br />motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. <br />Nielsen, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. <br />Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that Appropriation Adjustment <br />#81122109, be approved. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. A copy of the resolution is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the resolution changing <br />the name of McLeod Drive in the Lee County Industrial Park to Rex McLeod Drive, <br />be adopted. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote it was unanimously adopted. A copy of the resolution is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />The release of taxes and refund due to double listing in favor of <br />James B. Thomas, for the years 1980 and 1981, were approved and the payment <br />was authorized, upon motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by <br />Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, which motion was unanimously adopted upon <br />a vote. A copy of the release is attached hereto and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. <br />The ordinance for the management of Hazardous Waste and Low <br />Level Radioactive Waste was reviewed by the Board and ordered referred to the <br />Planning Board, for its comments and recommendations, upon motion of Comm- <br />issioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, which <br />motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. <br />The Board next considered the recommended revisions of the <br />charter for Triangle J Council of Governments, in accordance with the memorandum <br />dated December 2, 1981. Upon motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded <br />by Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, it was Resolved to approve all of the <br />recommended revisions of the charter of Triangle J Council of Governments, in <br />
