I am currently a freelance consultant and trainer for Management and Information <br />Technology. <br />My background is extensive and broad. I have owned 2 successful businesses in North <br />Carolina and have previously managed individuals in my Naval career. I managed a 1 million <br />square foot B+ commercial property in Durham, NC for over 3 years which involved many <br />aspects of building codes, property interests, commercial contractors and clients. <br />My personal interest in life has been to preserve and restore historic homes, buildings, <br />railroad equipment and automobiles in the last 30 plus years. I have a unique understanding of <br />history involved with such buildings and equipment from my hands on work with each above <br />listed items. <br />In any position that is given to me, I will do my best to support the direction of the Lee <br />NC in ///,7 its fu 7 in growth. <br />D Sheuring <br />
