V.P. - Operations. <br />Total P &L responsibility for 3 factories in N.C. & Georgia. <br />1986 -1991 Champion Home Builders - Dryden Michigan Regional V.P. <br />P &L responsibility for multiple plants in N.C. Georgia, Florida and <br />Tennessee. Retired in 1991 after 28 Years with Champion. <br />1999 -2001 Bannister Homes — Raleigh NC — Came out of retirement. Home Sales <br />Consultant. Member of 3 man team. Worked with all our contractors <br />regarding foundations, assisted with obtaining permits. Drew out plot <br />plans for plumbing, electrical. Worked closely with local planning <br />boards and Wake County building permit offices to expedite closing in a <br />timely manner. Exclusive Fleetwood, Champion and Crestline Modular <br />Dealership. <br />2001 -2003 — Community Manager- Indian Creek Overlook, Garner N.C. <br />This was a five star Manufactured Home Community owned by the <br />Bannister family. It consisted of approximately 300 homes, a gated <br />community with a club house, pool and 2 tennis courts. I had total <br />management responsibility for accounting, maintenance of the grounds, <br />Resident relations, sales and marketing. <br />Since retiring for the second time in 2003 I have spent time traveling <br />abroad, collecting and restoring classic cars. <br />In 1998 I completed two courses in beginning and conversational Spanish <br />at Central Carolina Community College. <br />
