In making this decision, the Board of Commissioners of Lee County finds that the request is <br /> consistent with the Plan Sanlee long-range plan designation of Countryside because the land use <br /> associated with this request would be appropriate for development in the agricultural and <br /> undeveloped lands outside of the Urban Service Areas of Lee County.
