Motion: Motion to approve the Resolution in Recognition of the Lee County <br /> Finance Department for Receiving the Certificate of Achievement for <br /> Excellence in Financial Reporting. <br /> Mover: Robert Reives <br /> For: 6 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe, <br /> Bill Carver, Mark Lovick <br /> Absent: 1 - Kirk Smith <br /> Motion Result: Passed <br /> V.B Request to accept additional funds for the 361 ELC Reopening Schools <br /> SH Liaison Agreement Addenda. <br /> This additional funding is to establish and expand COVID-19 screening and testing <br /> programs to support and maintain in-person learning in kindergarten through <br /> grade 12 schools. The federal government is providing financial resources <br /> throughout the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention under the ELC <br /> Reopening Schools award. The award will fund 1-2 School Health Liaisons and <br /> needed supplies. The Board of Health approved this item August 18, 2021. There <br /> were 86 reported positive COVID-19 cases today, and 30 were under 18 years of <br /> age. The contract includes performance <br /> measures the Provider must reach each month, monthly meetings between the <br /> County and Provider and a penalty provision if performance measures are not met <br /> quarterly.
