There <br /> is a video that the owner of Black Diamond Trails has put together to explain the <br /> process to redo the trails and has asked the community for input on trail features. <br /> The goal is to have everything finished by Thanksgiving. The County is planning to <br /> have the beginner and intermediate trails opened by the first of October. County <br /> Manager Dr. John Crumpton stated that staff continue to recommend that anyone <br /> that is a minor under 16 years of age be accompanied by an adult.
