C. ?7 <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />FIRE DISTRICT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2012 -2013 <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee County, North Carolina: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Carolina Trace Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013: <br />Carolina Trace Fire Department $ 265,106 <br />Fire Marshal 48,249 <br />TOTAL $ 313,355 <br />SECTION 2. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the Carolina <br />Trace Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, <br />2013: <br />Carolina Trace District Taxes <br />$ 301,355 <br />Fund Balance Appropriated <br />12,000 <br />TOTAL <br />$ 313,355 <br />SECTION 3. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Northview Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013: <br />Northview Fire Department $ 418,431 <br />Fire Marshal 68,927 <br />TOTAL $ 487,358 <br />SECTION 4. It is estimated that the following revenues will be available to the Northview <br />Fire Department during the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013: <br />Northview District Taxes <br />$ 467,358 <br />Fund Balance Appropriated <br />20,000 <br />TOTAL <br />$ 487,358 <br />SECTION 5. The following amounts are hereby appropriated to the Cape Fear Fire <br />Department for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending on June 30, 2013: <br />Cape Fear Fire Department $ 279,750 <br />Fire Marshal 39,558 <br />TOTAL $ 319,308 <br />
