2019 NCDOT Average Annual Daily Traffic Count (AADT): There is a 2019 average annual daily <br /> traffic count of 34,000 vehicles on NC 87 Hwy S.,between Winstead Road and Frank Wicker Road. <br /> DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS <br /> If rezoned, all of the uses permitted in the C-2 zoning district would be allowed and any future <br /> redevelopment of the subject property will be required to meet the current development standards of the <br /> UDO. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> The rezoning request complies with the long-range plan designation of Mixed-Use Activity Center which <br /> lists General Commercial (C-2) as a proposed zoning district and commercial uses as allowed land uses <br /> and does not list single-family residential as an allowed land use.
