Therefore, he has submitted this Zoning Map Amendment <br /> Application for your consideration. This is a standard general use rezoning request, as opposed to a <br /> conditional rezoning request; therefore, no site plan/subdivision plans or building plans are required as <br /> part of the rezoning request. The area proposed for rezoning is illustrated as Tract 2-A on the plat <br /> submitted with the application.
