PUBLIC HEARING <br /> III.A Hold public hearing on revolving loan fund request from Brick Capital Community <br /> Development Corporation <br /> At the June Budget Work Session, the Board voted to hold a public hearing for the <br /> request from Brick Capital Community Development Corporation for $200,000 from <br /> the revolving loan fund to provide for the development of affordable housing. The <br /> advertisement for the public hearing was published in the Sanford Herald on July 9, <br /> 2021. The term of the loan would be thirty-six months at an interest rate of up to <br /> three percent.
