Staff recommended to move forward with a lease of 10 years. <br /> Under NC General Statute 160A-272, the Board can lease property less than ten <br /> years by publishing notice of the intent to lease the property at least 30 days <br /> before the regular meeting of the board at which resolution authorizing the lease <br /> will be considered.
