NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Lee <br />County as follows: <br />The construction of a field house on the grounds of the athletic fields at Tramway <br />Road Park as described herein is approved and authorized upon the following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. The County shall not be responsible for any cost associated with the <br />construction, insurance, maintenance or operation of the field house. <br />2. The field house will be constructed in compliance with all local and state <br />building and fire codes and the design submitted to the Board and attached as Exhibit 1 <br />and shall be designed and constructed with materials consistent and complimentary with <br />the design and materials of the existing adjacent structures. <br />3. Any and all subsequent modifications or additions to the field house must be <br />approved by the Board in writing before they are undertaken. <br />4. The field house will be constructed at the approximate location shown <br />Exhibit 2 and in a manner not to interfere with the pedestrian entrance into the Park or the <br />use of the athletic fields. <br />5. Except as otherwise provided herein, the field house shall be considered a <br />facility within the scope and coverage of the "Cooperative Agreement Between the Lee <br />County Board of Education and the County of Lee," dated November 5, 2001, as <br />amended on December 15, 2003. <br />6. The construction and use of the field house by Lee County School students <br />shall be approved by the Lee County Board of Education and, as may be required, by the <br />State Board of Education and the Department of Public Instruction prior to the start of any <br />site preparation or construction. <br />Adopted this the �I Is day of 2012. <br />n <br />LindaA.
