The contracted services includes <br /> evaluation of the current swimming pool, pool systems, and pool house, design of <br /> a project to refurbish the existing pool house structures as well as the construction <br /> of a new swimming pool and children zero entry pool/playground combination. Staff recommended to award the RFP 4839-01-21 Lee <br /> County Multi Sports Complex Survey to McAdams Company. The proposed legislation would limit annexation to <br /> industrial purposes only outside of the 3 mile limit that currently authorizes <br /> annexation outside of the city limits.
