C. <br />Information <br />Meeting Date: June 4, 2012 _ Action Item <br />XX Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Grant <br />Annual Plan — JCPC Allocation Award <br />DEPARTMENT Department of Youth & Family Services <br />CONTACT PERSON Brenda B. Potts, Social Services Director <br />REQUEST Accept the award of the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Grant <br />and approve the Annual Plan for FY 2012 -13 <br />SUMMARY The Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) is the primary grant <br />used to support the activities at Youth Services and the Hillcrest <br />Temporary Shelter. The Lee County JCPC allocation of $161,771 <br />was awarded to Youth Services in their meeting on April 30, 2012. <br />The 30% match is covered by local in -kind services. <br />BUDGET IMPACT The $161,771 allocation has been included in the FY 2012 -13 Youth <br />Services' revenue budget. <br />ATTACHMENT(S) Cover sheet of agreement. Entire Program Agreement is in the <br />Clerk's office for review <br />PUBLIC HEARING No <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION N/A <br />RECOMMENDATION Approve Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Grant — Annual Plan as <br />presented. <br />
