Contract Agreement Between Triad Roofing Company, Inc. and Lee County Government THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), made the 15 day of March 2021 by and between Triad Roofing Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") and Lee County Government(hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") agree as follows: 1. Scope of Work: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all of the materials, and perform all of the work in the manner and form as provided by the enumerated plans, specifications and documents, which are attached hereto and made a part thereof as if fully contained herein: advertisement, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions with Exhibits , Supplementary General Conditions, specifications, accepted proposals, contract, performance bond, payment bond, power of attorney, worker's compensation, public liability, insurance certificates any and all addendums, and all plans and drawings. 2. The Contractor shall commence work to be performed under this agreement on a date to be specified in a written order of the Owner ("Notice to Proceed") and shall fully complete all work hereunder within fifty five consecutive calendar days from said date of Notice to Proceed. For each day in excess thereof, liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000)per day. The Contractor, as one of the considerations for the awarding of this contract, shall furnish to the Owner a construction schedule setting forth the project broken down by various divisions of the work and by the calendar days, as described in the General Conditions. 3. The Owner agrees to pay to the Contractor for the faithful performance of this agreement, subject to additions and deductions as provided in the specifications or proposal, in lawful money the amount of two hundred and three thousand one hundred dollars ($203,100.00). 4. Replace Deteriorated wood blocking 100 bd. ft. 6. Unit Prices. Unit prices, if any, are as follows: Item Price per Unit UP-1: Replace Deteriorated wood deck $2.50/bd. ft.
