Motion: Motion to reject initiating an ordinance regarding abandoned <br /> and wrecked vehicles on private property. <br /> Mover: Robert Reives <br /> For: 4 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Kirk Smith <br /> Against: 3 - Cameron Sharpe, Bill Carver, Mark Lovick <br /> Motion Result: Passed <br /> V. NEW BUSINESS <br /> V.A Windstream Communications Voice Service Contract <br /> IT Director Kyle Edwards requested consideration of approval of Windstream <br /> Communications for delivery of voice services. The contract will supply dial tone <br /> service to over 650 phones deployed throughout the County. This is a solution that <br /> is more resilient and cost effective and will not require any changes to the existing <br /> phone system but will provide more opportunity. <br /> Motion: Motion to approve the Windstream Communications Voice <br /> Service Contract. <br /> Mover: Cameron Sharpe <br /> For: 7 - Arianna Lavallee, Dr. Andre Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe, <br /> Kirk Smith, Bill Carver, Mark Lovick <br /> Motion Result: Passed <br /> VI. MANAGERS REPORTS <br /> VI.A County Manager's Monthly Report for the Month of February 2021 <br /> County Manager John Crumpton provided his monthly report for the month"of <br /> February 2021, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes. Dr. Crumpton stated <br /> that he has received a lot of complaints and has witnessed problems with trash <br /> throughout the County.
