NEW BUSINESS V.A Windstream Communications Voice Service Contract IT Director Kyle Edwards requested consideration of approval of Windstream Communications for delivery of voice services. The contract will supply dial tone service to over 650 phones deployed throughout the County. This is a solution that is more resilient and cost effective and will not require any changes to the existing phone system but will provide more opportunity. Motion: Motion to approve the Windstream Communications Voice Service Contract. MANAGERS REPORTS VI.A County Manager's Monthly Report for the Month of February 2021 County Manager John Crumpton provided his monthly report for the month"of February 2021, a copy of which is attached to these Minutes. Dr. Crumpton stated that he has received a lot of complaints and has witnessed problems with trash throughout the County. He said the County is going to try to get crews back on the road to help but will be unable to utilize inmates due to Department of Corrections current restrictions as a result of COVID-19.
