Commissioners present were <br />Richard B. Hayes, Larry "Doc" Oldham, Charles T. Parks, Nathan E: Paschal, Robert T. Reives, Linda <br />A Shook, and James K. County Manager John Crumpton <br />asked the Board to add the following items to the agenda for the Health Department: <br />1. Changes-to the Consolidated Contract with the State for FY 2012 -13, <br />2. Memorandum)of Understanding with the Cumberland County Health Department <br />to Community Transformation Grant funds in the amount of $35,000 to <br />support a•h'ealth•promdtions position, <br />3. Acceptan\e Susan B. Komen grant in the amount of $41,675, and <br />4. Budget Amendments for the above two grants. <br />Uommissione "r Womack moved tolapprove the above additions to the agenda. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: \ \ \ 1 <br />Aye: Hayes, Oldham, Parks, Paschal, Reives, Shook, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman uled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Parks moved to approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of the following <br />items: <br />• Minutes from the April 2, 2012 regular meeting, and <br />• Tax Releases and Refunds for March 2012 (copy attached) <br />
