The <br /> County foreclosed on the property in 2013. Lydia Taylor submitted an offer to <br /> purchase the property for$1,000. The taxable value of the property is $72,400. <br /> Most surplus properties the county disposes of through the upset bid process are <br /> vacant land. This property has a structure/home on the property.
