NORTH CAROLINA 27330 <br />APRIL 2, 2012 <br />The regular meeting of the Lee County Board of Commissioners`for the County of Lee, State of <br />North Carolina, convened at 3 p.m. in the Commissioners' Room Government Center, 106 <br />Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date. Commissioners present were Richard B. Hayes, <br />Larry "Doc' Oldham, Charles T. Parks, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T�ves, Linda A. Shook, and <br />James K. Womack. <br />Chairman Shook called the meeting to order and the following business was transacted: <br />Commissioner Richard Hayes delivered <br />for a moment of silence. <br />The pledge of allegiance was recited. <br />The Board considered- .additions /cr <br />Commissioner Oldham moved-to approve the <br />follows: A <br />o the agenda. With no changes made, <br />as presented. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />Aye: Hayesy,Oldham, -Parks , Paschal, Reives, Shook, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />moved to approve the Consent Agenda which consisted of the following <br />• Minutes from the January 23, 2012 closed session meeting, <br />• Minutes from the March 19, 2012 regular meeting, <br />• Emergency Management Performance Grant Application for FY 2012, <br />• Budget Amendment # 04/02/12/12 (copy attached), <br />• Bid award to Advanced Communications in the amount of $21,022.70 for <br />basement cabling project at the Lee County Courthouse (copy attached), and <br />• Resolution in support of Farm Service Agency office (copy attached). <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />
