OLD BUSINESS V.A Approve Disposal of 504 Wall Street County Attorney Whitney Parrish requested approval of the disposal of surplus property located at 504 Wall Street in Sanford. The County foreclosed on the property (PIN 9642-68-5321-00) in 2013. The property has a tax value of$2,200. The property is located within the City limits of Sanford. Sanford City Council voted to deed its interest in the property to the County and for the County to proceed to dispose through the upset bid procedure. The County received an offer of$1,000
