OLD BUSINESS <br /> V.A Approve Disposal of 504 Wall Street <br /> County Attorney Whitney Parrish requested approval of the disposal of surplus <br /> property located at 504 Wall Street in Sanford. The County foreclosed on the <br /> property (PIN 9642-68-5321-00) in 2013. The property has a tax value of$2,200. <br /> The property is located within the City limits of Sanford. Sanford City Council voted <br /> to deed its interest in the property to the County and for the County to proceed to <br /> dispose through the upset bid procedure. The County received an offer of$1,000 <br />
