The County foreclosed on the <br /> property (PIN 9642-68-5321-00) in 2013. The property has a tax value of$2,200. <br /> The property is located within the City limits of Sanford. Sanford City Council voted <br /> to deed its interest in the property to the County and for the County to proceed to <br /> dispose through the upset bid procedure.
