Then proceeded to allow each person in <br /> attendance to introduce themselves to the group. <br /> Initially the incorrect meeting minutes for September 18th, 2019 were provided to the member ship. <br /> Because of this mishap,approval of the last meetings minutes was moved to later in the meeting when a <br /> correct document could be provided. <br /> Vice-Chair Tyler then called for approval of the agenda for today's meeting. A motion was made by <br /> Roger Tankersley to accept as written,this was seconded by Ann McMillian. All voting members voted <br /> in favor and the document was accepted. <br /> No persons were present for public comment. Vice-Chair Tyler asked for any additional public comments <br /> not listed on the signup sheet and received no response. <br /> The SNS update and new business was moved to after other business,pending the arrival of the Lee <br /> County Department of Health representative and Chairperson Holt. <br /> Lee County Emergency Services Director, Shane Seagroves was recognized under other business to <br /> present a year in review. Director Seagroves detailed how Lee County had a positive year in receiving <br /> very few natural or manmade disaster effects. He went on to detail several emergency response incidents <br /> that were managed or attended by members of Lee Counties staff. To include the hazards faced and a <br /> renewed emphasis on search and rescue training. <br /> Director Seagroves then focused on the challenges he sees facing the organization and county in the <br /> future. The increase in digital information sharing and the hazards associated with this were discussed. <br /> With Deborah Bigelow from Static Control describing how her organization had been the target of digital <br />
