waiver by the County of any breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of <br /> any succeeding breach of such provision or as a waiver of any provision itself. <br /> ARTICLE 20 <br /> Severability <br /> If any provision of this Agreement shall be declared illegal, void, or unenforceable, the other <br /> provisions shall not be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> ARTICLE 21 <br /> Modification <br /> No modification of this Agreement shall be binding on the Contractor or the County unless set <br /> out in writing and signed by both parties. <br /> ARTICLE 22 <br /> Termination <br /> Either party may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, upon sixty (60) days prior <br /> written notice to the other. In the event of termination, any work in progress will continue to <br /> completion.
