Stephens Mobile Home Park), and <br /> identified as Lee County tax parcels 9528-93-8685-00 and 9528-93-6769-00 on tax maps 9538 <br /> and 9528, from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Azalea Lane Conditional Zoning District, with <br /> the intent being to expand an existing mobile home park via a site plan specific conditional <br /> zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, said request has been presented to the Planning Board of Lee County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners conducted a public hearing on July 20, <br /> 2020 to receive citizen input on the requested zoning map amendment; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners approves the request to amend the <br /> Official Zoning Map of Lee County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> COMMISSIONERS: <br /> The Official Zoning Map is hereby amended to rezone two adjoining tracts of land totaling 4.86 <br /> +/- acres developed with a house addressed as 6400 Old Jefferson Davis Hwy and a mobile home <br /> park addressed as 15, 25, 35, 45, and 65 Azalea Lane (formerly known as the Wilbur R.
