This could be due to the tax department operating reduced hours and the timing
of bills going out. In reviewing expenditures, the percentage used target is
8.33%. Many of our departments are above the target due to the payment of
HSA deposits, annual premiums on workers' compensation insurance and
property liability insurance, annual dues, and annual maintenance agreements
in the month of July and the inclusion of the encumbrance column.
Departments showing 25% used are quarterly appropriations. No action was
taken.
July 2020 financial report.pdf
VI.0 County Managers Monthly Report for the Month of August 2020
County Manager John Crumpton presented a monthly report for the month of
August 2020, of copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference
hereby incorporated. Dr. Crumpton presented proposed terms for the Lee
CARES Non -Profit Grant Program to allocate funds for Non -Profit Organizations
that have been impacted by COVID-19.
County_Managers_Monthly_Report_August_2020.docx
Moncure Megasite - Tract Map Buildable Area.pdf
TRC Agenda 8.27.20 ....pdf
MONTHLY REPORT JULY 2020.pdf
August 2020 Library Director Report
Monthly Tax Collection Managers Report July 2020
Parks and Rec Commission 8.24.20 Agenda
Motion: Motion to approve LEE CARES NON-PROFIT GRANT PROGRAM
and to authorize the County Manager to make any minor changes to the
program details prior to finalizing and proceeding with the process.
Mover: Robert Reives
Moved To: Approve
For: 7 - Amy Dalrymple, Kevin Dodson, Arianna Del Palazzo, Dr. Andre
Knecht, Robert Reives, Cameron Sharpe, Kirk Smith
Motion Result: Passed
VII.
