042 <br />-Advanced <br />Communications Company <br />Executive Summary <br />It is the intention of this summary to acknowledge the desire to provide exceptional <br />service and above standard customer satisfaction while utilizing our fair pricing <br />standards in order to provide a substantial savings over the current vendor. <br />Establishing credibility in the market requires an investment of time and marketing <br />resources. Typically, end -users look for reference accounts of a similar installation size <br />and configuration. Since most of the larger projects have been implemented outside of <br />North Carolina, the company needed to rely on our vendor partners for references, but <br />today we have become a reference for them in the individual Voice, Data, Security <br />markets or integrated technologies. <br />More importantly by focusing on the customers needs, and educating them on additional <br />infrastructure technologies, we have been able to reengage existing customers to supply <br />VolP, Voice /Data cabling and Network Infrastructure that solves their communications <br />frustration. We have other customers where the company has provided a complete <br />voice, data and security solution. The company is continuing to look for additional <br />products and services that add value for the customers and their infrastructure. <br />The Company and Management: <br />Since 1989, Advanced Communications Company has measured its success through <br />our customer's satisfaction by providing the technology for businesses to communicate <br />with the outside world and the security to feel safer in theirs. <br />In 2007, Gene Johnson took the reins and coupled with his extensive experience in the <br />Security Industry has changed the direction of the company to include in its offering, <br />VoIP Telephony, Voice /Data Cabling, Security Systems, Intrusion Alarms, Network <br />Infrastructure and Carrier Services. <br />Gene's expertise includes simple and complex system design, implementation, <br />integration, and maintenance solutions. Gene's dedication to Total Customer <br />Satisfaction has proven to be the foundation upon which he has built his reputation and <br />success within the industry since 1986. <br />In his leadership role at Advanced Communications Company, Gene is responsible to <br />lead the company towards the successful deployment and support of the most reliable <br />technology solutions while maintaining high level delivery standards that exceed <br />customer expectations. <br />Gene's pledge to the community is to provide trained, reliable and trustworthy <br />employees that anticipate the technology needs of our customers and provide those <br />products and services that support our customer's success. <br />Gene's educational background includes an Associates Degree in Electronics and <br />Computer Engineering along with multiple continuing education courses in the <br />Community College System.
