61 <br />STATEILOCAL FY 2012 EMPG AGREEMENT <br />AGENCY: Lee County Office of Emergency Services <br />This is to certify that the above named agency agrees to successfully complete the activities <br />below in full partnership with the North Carolina Division of Emergency Management and the <br />Department of Homeland Security. The appropriate Branch Manager and /or Area Coordinator <br />will review the progress of this agreement quarterly with the local Emergency Management <br />Director. This report will also be the basis for continued funding during this fiscal year. <br />Please report quarterly the Emergency Management activities you completed during this <br />agreement period ending September 28, 2012, Your Quarterly Reports should include the <br />progress from all previous quarterly reports as well. <br />All Universal and Optional activities with deliverables are to be completed by the September 28, <br />2012 deadline. Deliverables are to be submitted to your Branch Office by December 14, 2012. <br />Certify completion of the following activities for EMPG Universal activities by <br />September 28, 2012 unless otherwise noted below: <br />2012.1 Update the 2012 online NIMSCAST and rollup to State by September 14, 2012; <br />2012.2 Review /Update County Emergency Operation /Response plan; <br />2012.3 Participate in minimum 24 hours EM training; <br />2012.4 Conduct three exercises per year; <br />2012.5 Complete all NIMS training requirements as outlined in NIMS Five -Year Plan; <br />2012.6 Document Resources in Web EOC Resource Manager; <br />2012.7 Attend Statewide EM Conference; <br />NOTE: As listed above to be eligible to receive FFY 2012 EMPG funding, applicants must meet <br />NIMS compliance requirements. The NIMSCAST is the required means to report FY 2012 NIMS <br />compliance for FFY 2012 funds. <br />FFY 2012 Compliance Requirements from NIMS Five -Year Training Plan <br />• Complete IS -700; IS -701; IS -702; IS -703; IS -704; IS -705; IS -706; IS -707; IS -800; <br />ICS -100; ICS -200 <br />• Complete Emergency Management Framework Course — Awareness Training <br />• Complete ICS -300; ICS -400 <br />• ICS /EOC Course — Advanced Training <br />• Complete ICS Position - Specific Training — Practicumt <br />• Complete EOC Position- Specific Training — Practicumt <br />t Stakeholders are not required to complete ICS Position - Specific Training (or EOC Position - <br />Specific Training in future years) for NIMS compliance.
