Hale, Hale Artificers, <br />to use pyrotechnics for an aerial pyrotechnic display at Central Carolina <br />Community College Emergency Training Center, 3000 Airport Road, Sanford, <br />North Carolina, on Thursday, March 22, 2012, in accordance with the attached <br />application. <br />Adopted this 5th day of March 2012. <br />ATTEST: <br />a A.
