g,k 24....:581 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />aooa, Gn-00 Qm <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO SET MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2012 <br />FOR THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: <br />SECTION 1: The Board of Commissioners shall hold a regular meeting <br />on the first and third Monday of each month. If the regular <br />meeting day is a holiday, on which County offices are closed, <br />the meeting shall be held on the next business day or such <br />succeeding day as may be specified in the motion adjourning <br />the immediate preceding regular meeting. <br />SECTION 2: Regular meetings shall be held in the Commissioners' Room, <br />First Floor, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest <br />Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. <br />SECTION 3: The regular meeting on the first Monday of each month will <br />begin at 3 p.m. The regular meeting on the third Monday of <br />each month will begin at 6 p.m. <br />Joint public hearings with the Lee County Planning Board <br />will be held at 6 p.m., the third Monday of each month if so <br />required. <br />SECTION 4: The Clerk to the Board is directed to cause a copy of this <br />Resolution to be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby <br />at the Lee County Government Center and Lee County <br />Courthouse and a summary is to be published at least ten <br />(10) days before the meeting to which the resolution is to <br />apply. <br />Adopted this 5 day of December 2011 <br />ohn A. rumpt <br />AfEST -- "� � Lee County Manager <br />91 t � <br />
