24 <br />LEE COUNTY <br />F m — o (.9IICl (a 0 M 060 b al <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />106 HILLCREST DRIVE <br />SANFORD, NORTH CAROLINA 27330 <br />DECEMBER 13, 2011 <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Lee County Board of Commissioners for the County of <br />Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 2 p.m. in the Gordon Wicker Conference Room, First Floor, <br />Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina, on said date to hold a <br />work session on Economic Incentive Law and Practices. Commissioners present were Richard B. <br />Hayes, Larry "Doc' Oldham, Charles T. Parks, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, Linda A. Shook, <br />and James K. Womack Jr. <br />Chairman Shook called the adjourned meeting to order. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. <br />The pledge of allegiance was recited. <br />County Manager John Crumpton introduced Mr. Tyler Mulligan from the School of Government <br />who presented a workshop on Economic Incentive Law and Practices for Commissioners and staff. <br />Mr. Mulligan presented a power -point presentation and answered questions from Board <br />members. <br />At the conclusion of the work session, Commissioners recessed to the Commissioners' Room, <br />First Floor, Lee County Government Center, to complete business as addressed on the agenda. <br />Chairman Shook called the meeting to order, with all Commissioners present. <br />Commissioner Oldham moved to approve the agenda as presented. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Hayes, Oldham, Parks, Paschal, Reives, Shook, and Womack <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Womack moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented which consisted <br />of the following items: <br />
