MANAGERS REPORTS VII.A County Managers Monthly Report for the Month of July 2020 The County Manager's monthly report for the month of July 2020 is attached to these minutes and hereby incorporated by reference. County Manager John Crumpton stated that arrangements have been made to set up early voting at the Hales Center instead of the Board of Elections Office. This location is proposed for space for Parks and Recreation for programming. Dr. Crumpton stated that 56 applications have been received for the COVID Small Business Emergency Grants. The County Manager will be working on reviewing the applications and will bring them to the Board at the next meeting.
