<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
<br />SALE OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY AT
<br />PUBLIC AUCTION
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Lee, desires
<br />to dispose of certain surplus property of the County;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
<br />OF COMMISSIONERS, THAT:
<br />1. The following described property is hereby declared to be surplus
<br />to the needs of the County:

<br />3. The public auction will be held on the 8th day of May
<br />1982, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. , at vacant lot on McIntosh Street beside Lee
<br />County Jail
<br />The terms of sale shall be cash.
<br />4. The Clerk to the Board shall cause a notice of the public auction
<br />to be published in accordance with G. S. 160A-270(b).
