g00K 1Q 422 Mr. Buchanan presented another change-order, this one for Bracken & Associates, for engineering services for changes in the Deep River School Water Line, to include the Cedar Lake area. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the change order in the amount of $1,400. 00, be approved. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unan- imously adopted. The Board next considered the matter of the establishment of a vending machine policy. Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the County contract with all companies and that all proceeds from vending machines go into the County Vending Fund. Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Airequest for a budget commitment and a resolution designating May as "Older Americans" month and designating the week of May 9 through 15, 1982, as "Senior Center" week, were presented to the Board. It was directed that a copy of the budgment adjustment be attached to these minutes. The County Manager presented a Project Ordinance Amendment pertaining to the Industrial Park. The matter was discussed and reviewed, follow- ing which Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the Project Ordinance Amend- ment, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be adopted. Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The monthly release report for March 1982, as prepared by the Tax Supervisor's office, was presented to the Board. The items were reviewed and releases were authorized, upon motion of Commissioner John E. Dotterer, seconded by Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote.
