Dotterer moved that the County designate as the Deep River Fire District, the 19.18 square miles area depicted on the map attached to these minutes and described in the attachment entitled "Deep River Fire District", and that the map and description prescribe the boundaries of said Deep River Fire District for insurance grading purposes. Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Commissioner John E. Dotterer moved that the County designate as the Northview Fire District, the 12. 06 square miles area depicted on the map attached to these minutes and described in the attachment entitled "Northview Fire District", and that the map and description prescribe the boundaries of said Northview Fire District for insurance grading purposes. Wicker moved that the County designate as the West Sanford Fire District, the area depicted on the map attached to these minutes and described in the attachment entitled "West Sanford Fire District", and that the map and description prescribe the boundaries of said West Sanford Fire District for insurance grading purposes. The grant award from the North Carolina Department of Crime Control & Public Safety for the Youth Services Program, with a total project cost of $11, 831. 00, was approved and execution of the grant award was authorized, upon motion of Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen, seconded by Commissioner John E. Dotterer, which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. The roster of the Northview Rural Fire Department was approved and ordered certified, upon motion of Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen and unanimously adopted upon a vote. The offer to purchase the following properties which have been received and duly advertised by the County, were accepted and the Chairman and Clerk were authorized and directed to execute deeds of conveyance and to collect the purchase price, as follows: 1) House and lot at 208 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, N. C. , bid made by James L. Stockslager, in the amount of $20, 000. 00 2) Vacant commercial lot on Carthage Street, Sanford, N. C. , bid made by Cameron's Body Shop, in the amount of $15, 000. 00 Upon motion made by Commissioner John E. Dotterer, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Jack D.
